Question: Curious as to who is giving legal advise on your website.....Is this site owned by an attorney? If not you may want to re think giving legal advise.

Seriously, though, we are not attorneys and we should not be giving legal advice. I changed the specific page in question and a few other pages that may have sounded as if they were giving advice. We simply interview inmates and share the information learned with other people who may be interested.
I have also added a disclaimer to the side of every page recommending that anybody seeking legal advice contact a professional attorney in the area.
